* Remove the insoles before washing.
* Secure all Velcro fastenings and wash with similar colours.
* Machine wash at 30°C on a cold cycle.
* Use a detergent suitable for coloured or white garments, depending on the model. DO NOT use bleach.
* Leave to air dry naturally in the shade.
