1. 28 Day Returns*

We accept returns within 28 days of receipt for full-price items. *Items purchased in a sale or promotion may be returned within 14 days of receipt.

All returned items must be unused, unworn outdoors, in their original condition, with all tags, packaging and the original shoe box included. Shoes may be tried indoors, on a clean surface, as they would be in a shop.

We recommend using a tracked postal service, as we cannot be responsible for returns lost in transit.

2. Return Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for the cost of returning items to us, unless the item is faulty, damaged or incorrect. 

3. Exchanges

If you need a different size, we offer one free exchange delivery per order within the UK.

The customer is responsible for sending the original item back to us. Once we receive the item in resaleable condition, we will send the replacement pair free of charge, subject to stock availability.

If the requested size is unavailable, we will offer a refund or store.

4. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method.

Original delivery charges are non-refundable, except where required by law. If you cancel and return your full order under your statutory cancellation rights, we will refund the original standard delivery charge. Express delivery upgrades are not refundable beyond the standard delivery cost.

If only part of an order is returned, the original delivery charge will not be refunded.

We may reduce the refund if an item has been worn, damaged, marked, or handled beyond what would be reasonable when trying shoes on indoors.

5. Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives faulty, damaged or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible with your order number and photos of the issue.

Where the item is confirmed to be faulty, damaged or incorrect, we will cover the return postage and offer a replacement, exchange or refund in line with your statutory rights.

This policy does not affect your statutory rights.
