Shipping policy

1. UK Free Delivery

Enjoy free UK standard delivery on all orders over £100.

Orders below £100 will be charged at the applicable Royal Mail shipping rate:

UK Standard Delivery
Royal Mail 2nd Class Small Parcel: £3.95
Estimated delivery: 2–3 working days

UK Express Delivery
Royal Mail 1st Class Small Parcel: £5.15
Estimated delivery: 1–2 working days

Delivery times are estimates only and may vary during busy periods, product launches, courier delays or operational disruption.

We deliver across the UK, including Northern Ireland. Orders to Northern Ireland may require additional product information for Royal Mail under the Windsor Framework, but standard consumer orders are treated as UK deliveries.

2. Order Dispatch

We dispatch orders Monday to Friday, excluding UK bank holidays.

Orders placed before 1:00pm (UK Time) are usually processed and dispatched on the same working day. Orders placed after this time will be dispatched on the next working day.

Orders placed after 1:00pm on Fridays, weekends or bank holidays will be processed and dispatched on the next working day.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking information (where applicable).

While we always aim to dispatch orders as quickly as possible, delivery times may vary during peak periods, including seasonal promotions, Christmas and public holidays.

3. Incorrect or Incomplete Delivery Details

Please ensure your delivery information is accurate before placing your order.

If an incorrect or incomplete address is provided, your order may be delayed, additional delivery charges may apply, or the parcel may be returned to us.

We are not responsible for failed delivery where the customer has provided inaccurate or incomplete delivery information.

If a parcel is returned to us due to incorrect or incomplete delivery details, we may charge a new delivery fee to resend the order.

4. Lost or Delayed Parcels

If your order appears delayed or missing, please contact us at customerservice@cheekytoes.com 

We will work with Royal Mail or the relevant courier to investigate the issue and support a resolution where possible.

Please note that courier investigation times may vary depending on the service used and the delivery location.

5. Delivery Restrictions

We reserve the right to restrict delivery to certain locations or refuse orders where delivery is unavailable, legally restricted, operationally impractical, or commercially unreasonable.

If we are unable to deliver your order, we will contact you and issue a refund where appropriate.
