We reserve the right to disable promotional codes or cancel affected discounts where misuse is suspected.

5. Bundle Offers

Bundle, multi-buy or set promotions may be adjusted if part of an order is cancelled, returned or refunded.

Where qualifying items are returned, discounts may be recalculated proportionately and any refund may reflect the adjusted promotional price.

6. What Is a Pre-Order?

A pre-order allows customers to reserve products before they become available for immediate dispatch.

Pre-order products may include new launches, seasonal releases, limited editions, restocks and upcoming collections.

Pre-order availability does not mean the product is available for immediate dispatch and estimated dispatch dates are not guaranteed.

7. Payment for Pre-Orders

Unless otherwise stated, payment is taken at the time the pre-order is placed.

Pre-order products are reserved subject to successful payment and checkout completion.

We reserve the right to limit quantities, refuse pre-orders or cancel duplicate, suspicious or abusive orders.

8. Estimated Dispatch Dates

Estimated dispatch or release dates are approximate only.

Pre-order dates may change due to manufacturing delays, supplier delays, customs delays, shipping disruptions, operational issues, stock allocation changes or circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Where a material delay occurs, we will aim to provide updates where reasonably possible.

9. Delays

By placing a pre-order, you acknowledge that dispatch dates are estimates and delays may occur.

If a pre-order is materially delayed, you may choose to continue waiting or contact us to request cancellation and a refund, subject to your statutory rights.

We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from revised dispatch dates, supplier delays or launch delays.

10. Product Changes

In limited circumstances, manufacturers or suppliers may make minor changes to materials, colours, packaging, specifications or product details.

Minor variations may occur between pre-order imagery and final delivered products.

However, nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights where a product is faulty, not as described, not of satisfactory quality or not fit for its intended purpose.

11. Stock Availability and Allocation

Pre-order products may be subject to limited stock allocations.

Where stock shortages occur, we reserve the right to allocate stock fairly, limit quantities, cancel affected orders or prioritise orders based on purchase timing.

If we cancel a pre-order after payment has been taken, an appropriate refund will be issued.

12. Combined Orders

Where pre-order products are purchased together with in-stock products, the full order may be held until all items become available.

Split shipping may not always be available and additional delivery charges may apply for separate shipments.

Where available, split shipping options may be shown at checkout or agreed with customer support.

13. Cancellations by Customers

Customers wishing to cancel a pre-order should contact customerservice@cheekytoes.com as soon as possible.

Where the order has not yet been dispatched, we will usually cancel the pre-order and issue a refund.

If the order has already been dispatched, it will be handled in accordance with our Returns & Refunds Policy and your statutory consumer rights.

Nothing in these terms affects your statutory cancellation rights or your rights in relation to faulty, damaged or incorrectly described products.

14. Cancellations by Us

We reserve the right to cancel pre-orders where products become unavailable, suppliers fail to deliver, operational errors occur, pricing errors arise, stock allocation issues occur or fraud or misuse is suspected.

Where payment has been taken, an appropriate refund will be issued.

15. Launches and Limited Releases

We reserve the right to amend or withdraw launch conditions where necessary, including where there are stock limitations, operational issues, technical errors or suspected misuse.
