Keep the shoebox. It is the best place to store the shoes, protecting them from dust and possible scuffs.
Allow the shoes to rest and air out so they can recover their original shape naturally.
Do not machine wash. Washing machines may damage the shoes, causing the sole to detach or the leather to crack. It is important to avoid exposing the shoes to excessive water.
Leather / Patent Leather / Antique Finish: Clean with a dry cotton cloth.
Leather: Neutral or colour-matched shoe creams may be used to maintain the finish.
Nubuck / Suede: Clean using a soft brush or a firm sponge. The shoes may also be protected from dirt and moisture with suitable protective or water-repellent sprays.

How do I measure my child’s feet at home?

Grab a blank piece of paper and place it against a wall. Ask your little one to stand on it with their heel and longest toe touching the edges. Mark where the longest toe ends and measure the distance in centimetres. Do this for both feet and go with the larger measurement. You can also download our printable guide.

To support healthy foot growth, experts recommend allowing 0.8–1.2 cm of extra space inside the shoe. Then, compare that size with the corresponding brand chart of your choice.

How much space should I leave for the growing room?

Tiny toes need room to wiggle. For early walkers, 6–10 mm of space is usually enough, while confident walkers do well with around 12 mm plus a little extra. Check that they can walk without tripping and adjust if needed.

What if I need to return or exchange a pair?

Returns and exchanges are accepted within 28 days of receipt, provided the shoes are unworn and in their original packaging. Get in touch with your order number, and we’ll arrange a change or replacement. Refunds are usually issued within a few business days after we receive the returned pair. Do different materials need different care?

Yes. Each brand and style uses its own mix of materials, so cleaning and care vary. As a general guide, leather can change colour or shape when wet; it’s best to wipe it with a damp cloth and follow up with a natural leather cleaner and conditioner to keep it supple. Fabric shoes should be spot‑cleaned with a wet cloth and mild soap, or soaked in a gentle cleaner; some can handle a machine wash on a gentle cycle. Synthetic shoes are usually more robust and can be cleaned in similar ways, using a toothbrush to remove stubborn dirt. Always read the care label and follow the manufacturer’s instructions on the product you choose to ensure the best results.

No. All domestic deliveries carry a delivery charge, which is calculated at checkout based on the destination and the service level chosen.
